Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with accurate information regarding the delivery of your products. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and product availability.

If you are ordering for yourself, the estimated shipping time for our products is 3-7 business days within the United States. However, please keep in mind that these shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. They do not include the time it takes to create your products. For more precise fulfillment and delivery times, please refer to our Product Catalog.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the type and quantity of products in your order. The final shipping costs will be displayed during checkout. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping calculations, please feel free to contact our customer support team.

From October 3rd to January 22nd, a surcharge of $0.25 or $0.50 will be added to all orders with a destination address in the United States. The surcharge amount will depend on the product category. We recommend factoring in this surcharge when setting your shipping or product prices for US-based customers.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving the product. We will be happy to assist you with any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items.

For packages lost in transit, please submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

Please note that the return address is set by default to our facility. If you need to return a shipment, please contact our customer support for further instructions. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

If you provide an insufficient address and the shipment is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for reshipment costs. Similarly, if a shipment goes unclaimed, you will be liable for the cost of
